Rishtedari es jahan di othe rakhna mel nahin;

Jandi vari khali hath si kaarun ate sikandar da;

O' man, on the path of death, which is hazy and absolutely dark;
If you have the lamp of divine knowledge with you, you shall find your way illuminated.
No worldly relations shall accompany you there;
Nothing except the wealth of Divine Name shall be acceptable.
At the time of departure from this world, even Karu and Alexander were empty handed;
None except the True Master, shall accompany you to the temple of the King of Death.
All that is visible is false, an illusion, and this world of materialism shall go;
This body of clay shall be reduced to dust, on the appointed day.
Those who have pleased their True Master, and submitted to the will of God;
Avtar says, only they possess the true treasure of Divine Name.

Meaning
Here Baba Avtar Singh Ji says that only the True Master supports and walks with us will death. This body of clay will reduce to dust
We, human beings should know that there is a dark road towards death. If we want light on the road then we should have knowledge about God. No relatives will support us or walk with us. Only the True Master will always present for us. Even the kings who died could not take their wealth along. The things we see around us are false. It will leave us one day and this body of clay will reduce to dust.
Hence, He says that the True Master will be immensely pleased if we listen and follow His words. And by doing this, we will become the richest because our True Master will be there with us always.
